Kirsteen is a nutrition consultant and writes about fitness. She has a product line that will make exercise a consistent part of your life and has written a book called "Balancing Fun and Fitness for the Chronic Couch Potato." Kirsteen also has a coaching program called Balancing Fun and Food for the Chronic Dieter.
