I have been on WW for 14 months now. I lost 43 lbs. and felt great. I still have 20 more to go. The last couple of months have been tough. I had some personal losses that preoccupied me, and even though I was still "following the program", I wasn't tracking my points - I wasn't writing everything down. I was still making healthy choices and never succumed to french fries, sundaes or such.
I've been on this plateau for two months: .2 up, .4 down, .6 up, etc. I finally started using my E Tools and have been amazed at the difference in my attitude. It hasn't been easy, since I'm often away from my computer more than I'm near it, but I'm working it out.
Last week I finally made it to the 45 lb. mark! I feel so relieved. I'm still nervous about sticking to the points, because these last two pounds brought be down another 2 points in the Flex Program. I know it works, and it is a life time change.
