I cannot believe that I just registered to do the L.A. Marathon 5K run on March 4. And, I just agreed to do a walk/run this Sunday at a 5K walk/run in Redondo Beach in order to get the feel for what a race is like. I was out of town on business this past weekend so I didn't run. I've done Pilates twice this week, but I haven't run. 5K = 3.1 miles. I know I can walk it if all else fails.
