Seems like it's been forever since I actually posted on this blog. Been trying to keep up with my other business blogs and I recently got sucked into Facebook which is occupying my brain cells too.
Did you watch the new Biggest Loser on New Year's Day? I did. Of course, since I'm an addict.
I feel somewhat guilty about my weight loss program the past few weeks. I totally succumbed to the holidays and went food wild. I did manage to keep up with my running so maybe it comes out as a wash, but after trying on clothes earlier this week, I need to cool it on the food intake as well. I DON'T WANT TO START BUYING BIGGER SIZES AGAIN!!!!
I don't make resolutions, and I do want to get back on track with Weight Watchers asap. Buddy, are you with me??
I did buy Ann Louise Gittleman's Fast Track Detox Diet and am comtemplating do that program to rid my body of the sugar and wine and toxins I've been consuming. Anyone have any experience with that program?

Hi Denise, As a nutritionist, I've always thought the world of Ann Louise Gittleman. Several clients have talked of this particular program, though I haven't had a chance to evaluate it myself yet. I've ordered a copy and will review soon. Typically I don't like the idea of fasts, but if I know ALG, she has done her homework and this should be a sound approach. I'll keep you posted and will like to hear your experience if you take the program out for a test drive:)

Good luck on your quest! If you need more advice or a different type of diet program, I suggest a diet delivery service that takes all the guesswork-and cooking, preparing, and grocery shopping out of preparing healthy meals. Staying on track tastes great and is super easy!
