Ok, I've said it before and I'm saying it again...I'm back on track with Weight Watchers. I went to a meeting on Saturday. Had it confirmed that I have found quite a few of my lost pounds and know I have to get serious again. For me, counting and attending the meetings are key. As is regular exercise and portion control.
I really love the e-tools points tracker so I have to make a point of keeping it open on my computer so I don't forget to write everything down. And I have to get back to the gym on a regular basis. Since I cannot run, I need to get my cardio at the gym. I continue to meet my running group on Sunday mornings, but I'm doing brisk walks right now. Just don't burn as much walking as I do running.
I know what to do. I've done it before and I can do it again.
