Even though it's not good blogging form to combine two different topics in one post, I'm pressed for time and want to bring your attention to two things that crossed my email path this week.
1. My favorite one point treats have been getting a lot of publicity in recent weeks. I LOVE Vitalicious Brownies and muffin tops. They are high in fiber and only have one point each. I pretty much always have a stash in my freezer. VitaBrownies were featured on Good Morning America.
2. Hungry Girl published an updated version of her wildly popular Supermarket Shopping List. Everything you need to make sure you have the right foods in the house to support your weight loss journey. I've printed out a copy so I can have it with me when I go food shopping.
