Weight Watchers meeting theme today was Stages of Change and the quote was:
Perfect. There is no quick fix. No fast track to success or weight loss. It takes work, diligence, commitment and putting one foot in front of the other.
Though I didn't track anything, I did lose weight since my last weigh-in two weeks ago. Here's how my week went:
took 2 cardio/weight classes at the gym
8.25 mile hike/run
Pilates class
So I got in 4 workouts which is an improvement over the last couple of weeks. Have a 10K run planned for tomorrow. I'm registered to run in the famous San Franciso Bay to Breakers 12K run in May so I need to get my pace up a bit.
I'm back on tracking mode. Caught up with everything before writing this post. For lunch today, had an excellent salad of baby mixed greens, 3 oz of grilled chicken breast, a few kalamata olives and a sprinkle of light mozzarella cheese with olive oil and balsamic. Yummy, light and filling.
My goal is to lose 5 more pounds by the end of the month. I'm going to a business mastermind retreat the first of April at a private resort island in Florida and there will be beaches, sun and fun in addition to intensive business planning and networking. Gotta look good!

Congratulations! I know you can do it!
I'm hoping to get back on track when my disc issue is resolved and I can move around again.
You are awesome!
