It took a few years but in her interview she said she is in her best shape ever.

OK! That is just amazing. 100 pounds. I could never get on a stage in front of people in a bating suite. I saw the pictures and heard the interview. Good for this lady.

I am 45 and am in the process of losing weight after receiving my diagnosis this past Dec. This is a great interview and I am so impressed by all the tips she gave.
