Recently I joined a gym (again). Last year the gym I loved shut down and I've been gym-less. Then, realizing that there was a perfectly good YMCA less than a mile from my home, I decided to join about two weeks ago. Pilates and running one or two times a week just isn't enough.
I had a dilemma though. I want to do both cardio on the treadmill and elliptical and use the weight machines for toning and building muscle.
But I was confused. Should I do cardio first? Or should I do the weight machines and then the cardio? What will get me the best results for toning and weight loss?
I turned to my friends and fitness experts Kymberly and Alexandra who publish the Fun and Fit blog.
Today I got my answer and you may learn a thing or two like I did...check out what K & A had to say about cardio vs. weights first in your workout... (the picture alone is worth clicking through to see!)

Say, I woke up to a message in my inbox letting me know this was posted on your super site. Thanks. I hope your readers get a laugh and some helpful tips from it. Sorry you hear you were gym-less. Once in a while I am Kym-less, and you should hear the shrieks of joy! Mostly from me.
