Portion control is something I'm forever struggling with. It's not that I don't understand it...when I pay attention, weigh, measure and read labels, I do lose weight. It's more that I don't practice it consistently.
My friend and colleague, Jill Rodriguez has impressive credentials. She's a certified personal trainer as well as a certified sports nutritionist. I stumbled on her recent series of videos on Ten Strategies for Portion Control and want to share them with you. They've been a great reminder and motivation for me to stay on track. My food scale is always on my counter, not tucked away in a cupboard!
