It's that time of year again...time to make your New Year's Resolutions...or intentions...or goals. Personally, I never make resolutions because I always break them. Instead, I'm setting an intention to lose weight and my goal is to lose the 20 pounds I've slowly put on over the last year.

I've been invited to join The Biggest Loser Club with a couple of people so we can form a team and keep each other accountable. I'm a fan of the show and I checked out the Club and not only is it a darn good deal right now, but they have a lot of great tools and resources. They even send you a custom menu and workout plan every day! I like that...no thinking required!
I just ordered a digital scale so I can get a more accurate look at my current reality. The old one I've been using is at least 5-7 pounds less than official scales (doctor's office, Weight Watchers). One thing I know I'll also be doing is stocking up on Vitalicous VitaTops so I can get my chocolate fix without too much guilt.
Whatever program you choose, be sure to join the Pound For Pound Challenge and help raise money for food banks across the United States by pledging the number of pounds you plan on losing.
