Three weeks and I'm already backsliding...ah well, can't beat myself up...gotta move forward. I only worked out 3 times; I ate out several times and did not make good choices and I was sporadic with my tracking. Once again I've learned that I've got to track every darn point. It helps me stay focused.
Here's how my week played out:
Worked out at the gym - 60 minutes (cross training with cardio & weights)
Ran once: 8 miles
Pilates
Activity Points earned: 19
Got a 10 mile run coming up tomorrow and that will burn a lot of energy. Also makes me really hungry since my body needs fuel. I think I'll focus on lean protein for breakfast - important for repairing muscle after a workout.
